1. Grant of License

We grant you a limited, personal, and non-exclusive license to use DB CommanderX on your Android device through the official Google Play Store distribution. All ownership rights to the source code remain with the developer.

2. Privacy & Data (100% Local)

• Storage: All databases opened or managed through this app are stored 100% locally on your device. We do not provide or use any cloud storage services.
• Data Access: We have no access to view, collect, or recover your database content.
• Backup Responsibility: You are solely responsible for performing regular data backups to external storage. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device damage, system failure, or accidental deletion.

3. Usage Restrictions

To maintain the integrity and security of the application, Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code of the Application.
• Modifying, hacking, or creating unauthorized "Mod" versions of the Application.
• Renting, selling, or redistributing the Application or its premium features to third parties.
• Removing or altering any proprietary notices, watermarks, or copyright labels within the Application.

4. Database Operational Risks

DB CommanderX is a professional database management tool. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Modify Table (GUI): While table modifications via the graphical interface (GUI) include an auto-rollback system to minimize process failures, this does not guarantee absolute safety against incorrect structural logic initiated by the user.
• Query Runner:We include an Intelligent Auto-Rollback feature in Query Runner to detect database integrity errors (such as Foreign Key or Unique Constraint violations) to minimize data corruption. However, the User remains fully responsible for the query logic executed.
• Data Integrity: Modifications to Primary Keys, data types, or Foreign Key relationships carry a high risk of integrity loss. Regular backups to external storage are mandatory.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty (As Is)

This application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the application will be free from technical errors (bugs) or work perfectly on all Android device models. PT Aplikasi Seluler Berkarya shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of this application.

6. Premium Features & Termination

Premium feature transactions are managed via the Google Play Billing system. Any violation of usage restrictions (such as using Mod versions) may result in the immediate revocation of your license and blocking of premium access without any obligation for a refund.

This application uses SQLCipher Community Edition (Copyright © Zetetic, LLC) under the BSD License. We are an independent entity and are not affiliated with Google Inc. or the SQLite development team.
