1. Introduction

Welcome to DB CommanderX™ for SQLite, a software application developed and maintained by RUBRIKPULSA SOFTWARE, CO. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DB CommanderX™ for SQLite ("Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. License and Usage

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use DB CommanderX™ for SQLite for personal and commercial purposes. 3. Premium Features and Monetization

The Service offers free features alongside premium features accessible through:

• One-Time Purchases: In-App Purchases ("IAP") made via Google Play Billing to unlock specific PRO features permanently.
• Subscription Plans: Recurring payments managed through Google Play Billing for access to all PRO features during the subscription period.
• Ad-Based Access: Watching advertisements may grant temporary access to certain premium features. This does not substitute for a subscription or a one-time purchase and does not provide unlimited use.

4. Subscription and Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) through Google Play Billing.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. To avoid future charges, you must cancel before the end of the current billing period.
• Upon expiration or cancellation of a subscription, your access to premium features will be revoked until a new subscription is activated.

5. User Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, available within the Service and on our official website, describes how we handle your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. The Service operates on your local files. We do not access, collect, or transmit your database content. The Service uses SQLCipher Community Edition to encrypt database files locally on your device for security. We do not process this encrypted data unless explicitly authorized by you for support purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or share unauthorized copies of the Service.
• Interfere with or manipulate the ad-based access system.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of RUBRIKPULSA SOFTWARE, CO. or any third party.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its trademarks, logos, user interface, and all proprietary content and code, is the exclusive property of RUBRIKPULSA SOFTWARE, CO., excluding the third-party components listed in our "About" section. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimers and No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RUBRIKPULSA SOFTWARE, CO. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DATA CORRUPTION OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES, IF ANY, THAT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE LICENSE TO USE THE SERVICE.

10. Refund Policy

All transactions made through Google Play Billing are final and subject to the Google Play refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly. In exceptional circumstances, such as a verifiable technical failure originating from our Service that prevents its use, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion, provided you furnish a valid proof of purchase.

11. Feedback

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the Service ("Feedback") is entirely voluntary. You agree that we are free to use such Feedback for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to you. All Feedback will be deemed the property of RUBRIKPULSA SOFTWARE, CO.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the Service or on our official website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Subang, West Java, Indonesia to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
